Only stable soil lets a structure stand the test of time. URETEK Deep Injection® (UDI) delivers it, with personalized project management, engineered polyurethane technology, and results built to last.
Our Process

A URETEK project manager studies your site first, not a salesperson. Soil conditions, structural loads, and project goals are assessed to define the right treatment.

Crews mobilize on the schedule your site needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays, arriving in a self-contained unit ready to work.

Precise injection points are drilled in a pattern built around your soil testing results, using holes as small as 5/8 inch.

URETEK 486 Star® is injected into the target zone. It expands up to 20 times its original volume and cures to 99% of its final strength within minutes.

There's no excavation to backfill and no trench to restore, so the work area is back in use with minimal disruption.

Results are checked on site and documented, so you get confirmed, long-term confidence in the fix, not just a finished job.
Why UDI

No excavation means repairs are measured in hours, not the days or weeks a dig-and-replace job takes.

Repairs are built to last, and Public Works and Federal projects carry a two-year warranty.

URETEK 486 Star® holds its strength even when injected directly into flowing water, unlike materials that wash out or dilute.

Less downtime and no excavation costs make UDI less expensive than traditional dig-and-replace repair in most cases.

URETEK has completed more than 100,000 projects since 1989, the original innovator of polymer injection in the US.

URETEK 486 Star® is EPA-approved, non-CFC, non-HFC, with zero ozone depletion impact.
