Deep Injection (UDI)

Overview

URETEK’s Deep Injection (UDI) method is a patented process for subsurface soil stabilization and structural lifting that utilizes high-density, expanding polymer resins. UDI is performed through small-diameter steel injection tubes, placed at depth to deliver material directly into weak or unstable soils. The expanding resin compacts soils, fills voids, displaces water, and can exert controlled upward force for structural realignment. It is an engineered solution designed for precision, minimal surface disruption, and rapid return to service.

Depths & Coverage

Typical injection depths: 3 to 20+ feet below surface

Applicable for both shallow and deep foundation support

Customizable grid and lift sequencing for uniform coverage and precision lift
