URETEK Chemical Grouting Solutions
URETEK offers a full suite of chemical grouting solutions to control groundwater, stabilize soils, seal infiltration pathways, and reinforce underground structures. Our engineered injection methods use targeted chemical grout formulations to achieve permanent sealing and stabilization in a wide range of subsurface conditions. We specialize in applications requiring precision, speed, and performance in active or compromised environments.
Why Chemical Grouting?
Groundwater inflow needs to be stopped quickly.
Soil must be densified or impermeabilized.
Traditional excavation or repair is not feasible.
Structures are at risk from erosion or voids.
Water sealing is needed behind liners, pipes, or walls.
Grout Types Used by URETEK
100
Acrylate Gels:
Ultra-low viscosity (1–3 cps). Penetrates fine soils and tight joints. Hydrophilic – expands upon contact with water.Adjustable gel times for field conditions
50
Single-Component Polyurethanes:
- Expands to stop active leaks - Bonds well to wet substrates - Fast cure times – ideal for emergency use
30
Urea-Silicates:
High strength and chemical resistance. Ideal for structural reinforcement in saturated zones. Used for deep curtain walls and void stabilization.
Key Applications
Tunnel and vault waterproofing.
Manhole and pipe joint sealing.
Leak repair in below-grade walls and foundations.
Soil stabilization under slabs and footings.
Curtain grouting for groundwater cutoff.
Sealing annular spaces in liners or around penetrations.
